Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protective Industrial Association, the predecessor, was founded in 1986 and restructured to be Liaoning Association of Environmental Protection Industry in 1993. At that time, we worked together with Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Apparatus Equipment Supply Station. Following the First Member Assembly in October 1998, the Association became an independent juridical association.

　　We are a local trade organization formed, with free will, by enterprises, institutions as well as individuals who are pursuing environmental protection in Liaoning Province. Besides, we are a non-profit legal public organization.

　　We are under jurisdiction of Liaoning Bureau of Environmental Protection, and under supervision and administration of Liaoning Provincial Civil Affairs Bureau.

　　Guided by China's characteristic socialist theory, in compliance with the constitution, laws, regulations and state policies and in abidance by social moralities, we strive to serve our leaguers and maintain their legitimate rights and interests, in a bid to serve provincial economic construction and environmental protection undertakings, and boost provincial environmental protection industry.
